Section 20
To be inspected or investigated
(1) The department shall regularly inspect or inspect the business of the licensee and the direct seller or distributor of goods.
(2) A licensee and a direct seller or distributor of a product has established a monopoly by doing any unfair business activity causing loss, damage or adversely affecting the rights and interests of the consumer, influencing the price or supply system of consumer goods, or producing or selling and distributing low-quality consumer goods. If a complaint is made to the department in the prescribed format stating that there has been any harm, loss or damage due to the cause, or if there is reasonable cause that action is or may be taken contrary to this Act or the rules made under this Act, the department may conduct an inspection or inquiry at any time.< br> (3) According to sub-section (2), if the conduct of the complaint is found to be unreasonable or if someone is found to have taken action contrary to this Act or the rules made under this Act, the department shall take action against such licensee and the direct seller or distributor of the goods in accordance with the prevailing law.
